Cooking on the Grill - Part 2
We had a good time preparing the last grilling menu on the Yogurt Fusion Blog of Shrimp, Scallops and Asparagus, so we decided to keep the grill hot and prepare a Grilled Rosemary Chicken dish. We're adding a side of Grilled Pineapple and serving the poultry and citrus with a fruity, herb sauce.
The chicken is marinated in yogurt which adds lots of moisture and flavor. It is grilled over indirect heat so it will remain moist during the duration of its grilling time without becoming unevenly cooked. The fruit and vegetables are grilled over direct heat, as they will only grill for a few minutes. The foods used in this recipe are referred to as superfoods and superfruits because they offer benefits beyond normal nutrition.
